Review content:
JD and Chip did a fine job in removing my old hot water tank and installing a new one. They answered all my questions, explained any actions I would need to take with the new tank and they cleaned up the area once they were done. My only complaint was with the scheduling. I was advised that the crew would arrive between 9 a.m. and noon. However it was closer to 1 p.m. before they got to my home. I had to call Universal to find out about the delay. They did not call me. Fortunately, I had no plans for the day and was not too inconvenienced.
