I cannot say enough good things about Russ and Chad with Nixco Plumbing! They were professional, informative, responsive, and KIND! They fixed two leaking drains in no time at all and answered my many, many questions. They provided a referral to a trusted company to repair the water damage. Their emergency call out fee was less than I expected as was the cost of the repairs. Scheduling was easy and the women who helped me set up my two appointments were very helpful. I would 100% use them again and refer friends and family to their company. Chad had very good things to say about how staff are treated at Nixco and I appreciate hearing that as I feel better spending my money for services where employees are valued. Thank you very much Chad, Russ, and Nixco :-)
