Chad Chauvin came and assessed out tankless water heater. He gave us his honest professional opinion, that replacing the old malfunctioning unit was a better option. So, we asked Chad & coworker to go ahead with the plan of replacing our old unit with a brand new unit. Chad & work buddy were very professional, with careful attention to detail by ensuring that the new unit got installed according to specifications as mandated by city codes. Also, Chad & coworker wore their shoe cover throughout the duration of installation. They were very courteous and respectful of our points of view - weighing our options based on budget and long term benefits of having a new unit as opposed to fixing the old unit. I would definitely recommend 1-800-plumber of Pearland (because of Chad’s excellent job ) to any one with similar problem, etc.
