02/12/2019 They are scam artists. My home warranty uses them and they were called out to replace my water heater. My warranty covered the price of the water heater and installation. They came out and told me everything needed to be replaced on my heater to make it up to "code" (my house is only 12 years old) and I also needed an expansion tank. (That they wanted to charge $250 for.) You can buy one at Lowe's for $50.00. So with the additional fees it would have cost an additional $700+, this is after the $1200 credit from my plan. What basic water heater costs almost $2000?? I had 3 others plumbers give me estimates the highest one I got was $900 with no warranty. The plumber I used charged $700.00 for the water heater and install and luckily my plan gave me a credit for the replacement and installment. Plumbcraft is a shady company that have crooks working for them including their receptionist that will argue that all her repairs and fees are necessary. Be warned, stay away from this business.
