The owner of All Tails R Waggin gets her employees to steal peoples dogs from their yards. She has done it many times in the past and told employees she was saving them and threatened them with being fired if they tell anyone. She over books her kennel resulting in dog in small overflow cages in dark cold garages. If you love your dog do not take your dog here ever!
