Rudest employees ever they are completely unhelpful and when you call to let them know some this needs to be fix all they do is push it on to other people. I've called them since yesterday 2/8/19 to let them know my water pipes are frozen and nothing was done when I followed up on 2/9/19 @ 8 in the morning I was told they would be out today I called back at 1 to follow up and was told that the maintenance crew was gone already and they wouldnt be doing anything about it when I expressed how bothered I was by this since now I would be more then 24 hours without running water the employee that i was speaking to hung up on me! I hope to get out of here so and if your considering moving here i would definitely tell you to consider elsewhere because this place is horrible
