Review content:
The care at Central Animal Hospital is mediocre at best. When my pug was a puppy, she had a limp so we took her in and had her x-rayed. I was told by Dr. Sills that she might need a 3,000 surgery and that I should go to another consultation at Village Animal Hospital to make sure. At this consultation I was told that my dog was just fine. Dr. Sills' colleague even said that he was being alarmist and I shouldn't have needed this consultation. The dog will grow out of it. And she did. I continued doing my check-ups there but now they seem to have a problem with their billing. I received a bill for an extra $35 dollars this summer after my dog's annual check-up. When I called, I mentioned that I pay everything in full when I have an appointment and I had no idea where this extra money came from. The office staff member told me "Sorry, we left it off the bill." Well then, sorry I shouldn't have to pay it. I recently received a bill for $100 with a "Sorry this was left off the bill." Again
