This company is fantastic! From the first time I called it was personal service all the way. Coldest day of the year and my furnace stops working. I'm thinking... ok, it’s a long shot I’m going to get any service today. I call Comfort Solutions’ emergency number and leave a message. Mike gets back to me within the hour and it feels like I’m talking to an old friend. Surprise! The company sends out service field technician Kyle, and he is actually here before noon. Then Karen, the office gal calls me back thru the morning, not once... but twice, just to make extra sure I’m being taken care of properly. Is this company for real?! So Kyle tunes up my gas furnace and less than an hour later I am up and running. Warmth... thank goodness. Another time... another emergency service call to Comfort Solutions and service guru Paul is at my door before I know it. This guy not only knows his stuff, he volunteers to teach me Gas Furnace 101 in 15 minutes, with a little history thrown in. It's good to know a little about how stuff works in your own house, right. He was also able to advise me on what I could do to avoid emergencies in the future, keep my furnace running more efficiently, all the while staying warmer. Amazing! I have never in my life gotten such personalized service. I never knew companies like this still existed. These guys treat you like family. You got a heating issue? Don't even waste time looking for anyone else. Just put Comfort Solutions HVAC of Easton at the top of your list for totally incredible service. And the price is right. Thank you Mike, Karen, Kyle and Paul.
