I had him come out and replaced a water heater he showed up 2 hours late and said he had to go home and get a another worker and they both messed around talking on the phone and he charged us $1200 dollars. then he left us with no water for 2 days and we had to call him back because he didn't even hook it up and wanted the home owners to hook it up.
