Review content:
Invoice was $73 more than verbal estimate. Should have gotten it in writing; my bad. Priscilla was generous enough to adjust bill to original estimate. Will's means of communication leaves a lot to be desired. No one showed up at the originally scheduled appt. I later found out half the job was done a day prior to the original appt. The 2nd half of the job was completed 4 days later with the crew showing up 45 mins early. Crew was very nice and my windows looked pretty good afterwards.
