Joe Giordano was assigned to do maintenance work on my standby generator on 1-16-2019. I must say that he is a thorough individual who definitely places a lot of time and consideration into his work, Joe gave me a full analysis of what he was going to do from start to finish in the maintenance of my generator. He treated my generator as it was his own. Also, Joe cares about his customers. He took his time to explain the inner workings of my unit, and he didn't mind being asked questions. I was very impressed with Joe Giordano, and the work he did for me. I will not hesitate to request him again when it's time for my next maintenance.
