Review content:
Work was to connect gas supply to a new dryer.
Pros: Professional, knowledgeable technician who got the job done. Having a professional do the job gave me piece of mind.
Con: 1) Technician connected the line but it was done in such a way that the dryer doesn't fit as far back as it could making it difficult to close the closet door. If he had added an elbow to the assembly this probably wouldn't be the case. Although the work was completed correctly, I'm disappointed with the quality of this workmanship especially for what I paid (read next Con). 2) Charge to connect the dryer was $421 which is outrageous. Price included a new flex line and shutoff valve, but these are hardly seem like costly items and the labor for a job like this is modest. I felt price-gouged. I recognize that I had a choice to proceed with the work, but I needed the work done.
