Drew is an exceptional and professional representative of Peter Levi Plumbing. Very personable and attentive to all aspects of my heating and air conditioning units.
Pointed out the good, the bad and the ugly with solutions with upmost regard of my budget.
From my initial telephone call to set up an appointment, (the warm reception I received) to the follow-up texts and phone calls surpassed expectations. Customer Service is what the customer says it is. Each should take a bow. I'm a customer that is truly satisfied and 'smiling'.
