Review content:
When Peter was actively managing the business his level of service was excellent. Since new management has assumed responsibility of the business the level of integrity of their service personnel has deteriorated. Their main focus is not on solving problems but to sell the customer the most expensive material and create a more complex job than is required. I so appreciated the many years Peter handled problems at my properties but I have little confidence with them now. They will have to win my confidence again with any future calls but I am calling on competitors to do work as well .
