Ilovekickboxing in Overland Park, is the best choice I made in 2018. In just the first two months of going to classes I dropped from 178 to 144. It feels amazing taking control of my overall health. The people are welcoming and make you feel like part of the Ilovekickboxing family soon as you walk through the doors.
