Review content:
First, let's start with the location. This church sits overlooking the Indian River Lagoon...lovely place to watch sunsets over the water. The location is as close to heaven on earth as one can imagine. Now let's talk about this AMAZING church. This church takes its music seriously...and has fun doing it. The choir has 30-50 members year round, and they just installed a historic pipe organ in their balcony. The church also has a fantastic and intimate contemporary service on Saturday Nights...and you can easily catch one of those beautiful sunsets! Now for the thunfs that make this church stand out in a good way: 1) This is one of the few churches in the area that is LGBTQ friendly, and marched in the local pride parade in 2018. 2) This church has a thriving (and large) church library, with an excellent kids section. 3) This church has an Earth Care/environmental ministry, and they work hard to live out their calling as stewards of God's creation. 4) This church is active in local ecumenical and interfaith groups. 5) This church has the friendliest people I have ever met. The people here are what sealed the deal for me.
