I really wish I could leave a good review for her. She was amazing in beginning,very easy to get along with,and made me at ease. We talked the whole time. But unfortunately after all was done,there was some problems. And not small ones! I mean remember everyone this is your face and a lot of money you pay. So you want to make sure you don’t get scammed,or plain and simple promised something and them not follow through. It told me almost over a 8 months to almost a year,to try and decide to write a review like this. But it’s the Gods honest truth,I even have saved messages of our agreement. I paid to get my eyebrows done ok which was supposed to come with a touchup. That’s why it’s so much more money and the touchup,is to perfect anything that didn’t go as planned look or fill in spots that were missed ok. By the time I healed I called and texted to go on and come in for my touchup. And unfortunately I was told that she couldn’t do it! Now not only was I confused ???????,I was hurt ?? and upset. I mean I spent a lot of money on this and specifically asked to make sure I got a touchup with it. So I never expected what she told me u know. We got along so well,I couldn’t believe she would do this to me. My eyebrows had spots all over them needed the touchup to fill in and it faded so much. I kept trying to get her to get me in,but said sorry she couldn’t unless I paid again. I was in awe,like seriously ?? I already paid and the touchup was to come with it. When I was ready,long story short going on about a year and she has excuse after excuses to not finish the job I paid her to do. This is to all the women out there who,literally save up to get this done. The ones who aren’t blessed with the perfect brows or have immune disease or disorders that we hv to save a long time just to get this done. And I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I have had to,and still am. Now have to go to someone else,save money up again which is a lot! Hundreds of dollars ?? to have them fixed. This isn’t right,and it sucks cause we had an agreement and I really thought I could trust her. She had this amazing and calming personality about her you know. I reach out many times,every time was the same answer,pay again. Only one time she told me she would make it right but asked me to pay half I said no forget it I paid already. And I always leave an honest review and I was going to leave a honest review when she finished. To show her work and end results and how she is and so on. Then probably about not even to much longer I got a call not to leave a review until we worked it out. I waited so long honestly,and she said she’d make it right but whenever I was read. There was another excuse. I didn’t want to play the games I could tell was going on. I even tried one more time the other day,but same thing. I even get a call from her today saying she doesn’t have time to be doing this! Which another shocker. I at least if she couldn’t finish could have gave me the money back for the touchup. And she had attitude this time..Not the Nellie Novillo I remember that day Very unpleasant and unprofessional! So I decided here to leave a review completely true. I am not happy,but I don’t want anyone to get ripped off the way I did and it not finished. And on top get the run around. So anyone before u think of going in be careful. I hope all works out for whoever does go to her. It just didn’t for me. And I’m a very understanding and patient person. It became to much I wish her the best and that when she makes a promise or deal with someone on pricing and procedures she will go through with it. Cause she is taking money from certain ppl and not following through. Well that’s all everyone take care and God bless
