Better Air is excellent and we recommend them highly. I called their office and spoke to the manager, Steve. He was patient and helpful and explained the process completely. We purchased standard duct cleaning plus the APCO air detox system (which uses UV to kill mold). Our technician, Stanley, arrived on schedule and was extremely professional, helpful and personable. First, he gave us a complete overview of the process, then he put on a pair of sterile shoe booties and began working. He invited us to follow along and explained each step as he was doing it. He not only answered all of our questions but MADE VIDEOS of our ducts before and after the cleaning so that we could see the difference. We were very curious and he was happy to give us a demo of each cleaning tool so we could better understand what was happening. We had had our ducts cleaned before by another company, but the process was nowhere near as thorough as Better Air's. Stanley also cleaned up after himself and did a final inspection of the house to confirm that everything was accomplished according to plan. We can't say enough good things about this service -- Thank you!
