This service call was great!! We were having a problem with water leaking down t our ceiling in our computer room. I went up to the attic and saw where it was leaking from called Sierra. Greg was our serviceman. The third or fourth one since we have been living here in our new home. While up there we heard him talking on his phone. He came down, said he was talking with his boss. Some piping on our furnace had been installed incorrectly at the initial install. He told his boss that if he had someone could bring him what he needed he would like to correct it immediately while he was here. They did and he completed the job in about another hour. Two things we really liked. One, Greg saw the problem within minutes and wanted to repair it properly. Two, Sierra cared enough to want the problem corrected today. This is an honest company and Greg is an honest man. They could have told us they found the problem and it would cost $189 for the repairs. No, they admitted it was their mistake from the very beginning and there would be no charge for the repair. We would highly recommend this company to any one needing heating or AC repairs. We are very happy. R&R
