Craig did a wonderful job explaining why my existing furnace had serious problems and needed to be replaced. He helped me select the best option for me without any pressure . He arranged to have it installed quickly. My wife and I had full confidence in his recommendation.
The installers were Kenny Chrismon and Mike. They did a good job laying out the plan for me. They took special care in taking out the old furnace and bring in the new one. They programmed the thermostat per my instructions. They worked quickly and I had heat back on soon. The Vernon workers are true craftsmen!
