Review content:
Think twice before you purchase from Cobb County Toyota. Myself, like so many others, have experienced problems with rudeness, uncaring, and lack of concern AFTER PURCHASING automobiles from this dealership -- In my case, they waited almost a month to submit my tag/registration to an out-of-state DMV. When I called them about it, they took no responsibility. Above all, the sales manager (John Schibi) and a finance employee were EXTREMELY rude to me -- probably the rudest people I have spoke to in my life -- offered no help or options whatsoever. As a matter of fact, they didn't follow my state's license transfer requirements, yet blamed on the DVM.
Now, I'm going an expired license plate for over a month and risk the chance of getting a ticket from a traffic enforcement officer.
This is no vendetta. Only the truth. I hate to have stopped everyone I know from purchasing cars from there. All I ask is that you make sure this is the Toyota dealership you want to purchase your vehicle. There nice and willing to please BEFORE you buy the automobile. Afterwards, you are on your own...
