1st, I wish I knew of Colerain before I purchase my 2018 Thor Outlaw 37RB from a NY dealer. On my 1st trip, to the Dakotas, with only 1400 miles on it (delivery to Albany NY dealer and drive home, Pittsburgh, PA) I was checking all systems and found the leveling jack leaking hyd oil. While marathon phone calls between dealer and Thor. Colerain Dayton was brought to my attention, it was on my route, I-70, and has Saturday service hours. After talking to Mr. Brinson, service manager, he agreed to look at it that Saturday morning. I can honestly say I felt like Colerains most important VIP customer. The issue was resolved and I happily RVed down the road. Colerain Dayton service will always do the maintenance, repairs and other up grades I decide on. I will not trust anyone else. Colerain Dayton does the best to uphold higher standards associated with great customer satisfaction. Everyone we met, from attendants to technicians to sales and customers were great. When it is time to replace my Outlaw I will not go anywhere else.
