Review content:
It has been two and a half weeks since laptop was dropped off for repair of motherboard. Had to initiate all contact with vendor. Each call lead to a different story as to where the laptop was (one call the vendor insisted they did not have it) and when it would be returned.Calls to vendor where met with Resistance, threats, and extremely rude staff (one claimed to be "as high as you can get" - owner?)Would not recommend putting yourself through the misery.
