Our furnace went out late on Sunday night. After having the company come out that had previously repaired the furnace, I called Taylor on Monday afternoon to get a second opinion. They had Nick out on Tuesday afternoon. He was early to our appointment time and was waiting for me when I got home. He explained, in detail, all of our options and helped us to find the solution that best fit our needs. He even connected us with a credit union to get an affordable financing option. Understanding that we had 3 small children and no heat, he helped to put a rush on the loan approval process and scheduled our install of the new units for just two days later! Every other company that I had called, wasn’t able to get out to even make an assessment before Saturday. On the day of the install, the crew was scheduled to arrive between 10-12. I had told Nick, the earlier the better. So the crew, led by Trevor, finished their first job early and called to see if we were still available before 10. They were at our by 9am and got started on the job right away. Trevor and Haden, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor called me a couple times, as I had requested, to clarify on the placement of the AC unit. He was completely understanding and patient when I made him wait to get an answer until I could speak with my wife. When I got home from work, the crew was working away and the electricians were just finishing up. The electricians were very nice and even answered a couple of questions I had that were unrelated to the job. After they had completed the job, Trevor walked me through the operation and maintenance of both units and answered all the questions that I had. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and even after a ten plus hour job, left with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. It was a great pleasure to work with this company and will recommend them anyone that is in need of any of the services that they provide! They have definitely earned a customer for life!
