NYP arrived within 10 mins of their schedule arrival time, Paul
The Tech was extremely customer friendly and very knowledgeable about the project that I wanted an estimate for. He took many pictures to ensure an accurate estimate.
When he asked to come inside the house, he stopped at the door and told me he will put on his disposable shoe covers so he does not track any dirt in my house. Not many contractors are that worried about your home.
Once Paul finished taking pictures and looking outside, he explained that it would take a few days to get me the estimate after he sits with his parts person.
I feel this was a very well throughout process, which I appreciate.
Only negative about the experience was paying $49.00 for them to come out for a 15 min look at the job.
Over all a very positive experience up to this point
