Quentin was very friendly, professional and efficient. It was apparent that he knew what he was talking about. He quickly accessed the problem, and repaired it thoroughly. He explained every step of the way what he was doing next, i.e., turning off the water for a period of time, etc.
We have used BVP&H over the 5 years of owning a home in Big Bear, and have always been pleased with their service. Years back they installed all our new faucets and shower heads (9 of them), and did a terrific job.
I would highly recommend them.
