why do I have to give them even 1 star!!! I called a local appliance store to schedule a service call for my refrigerator that I bought from them. Tech showed up next day as scheduled, said he needed to order a part which I had to pay for up front by cash or check only. The receipt I received was from Appliance Techno, not the company I called. I thought it was a third party repairman. When the tech did not show when scheduled to come back to install the part I called the appliance store. I was told they had no record of any service call. Somehow Appliance Techno hacked into the call I made to the appliance store. They said I was not the first customer this happened to. Now 2 months later and despite several calls to them which are never returned I am out $242.00 and no repair. Do not call them and check credentials of anyone that comes to your home for service!!
