My technician, Michael Madeja was great! He was punctual, considerate, efficient, and did really good work. He also took extra time to discuss options and explain what was what. I hope to work with him again in the future. The original quote appt did not go so smoothly. I was not able to talk with the technician who came at an unexpected time so the estimate did not reflect my needs very well which was disappointing be cause I was charged $50 for it.. However, I feel I had good access to the main office later for further questions.
