Received this service provider through our home warranty. Came out 3 times attempting to repair our heat pump. After 3'rd attempt, Anthony Cordell said the leak was in a line located within the walls which was not covered by warranty. Before taking this action, I called another HVAC tech for a second opinion. Cost me $265 but they found the leak in the outside unit which was covered under warranty. Cordell would not return my calls to resolve the repair. Also charged me an additional $85 for disposal that I could have done myself had I been given the option. This type of business behavior is criminal.
