Ed came over to do the annual maintenance on our heating system, and I was impressed by the fact that he went over each step of the inspection and service with me, and also let me know before replacing the filter that it was not covered by the regular service agreement, to give me the option of not paying the additional cost if I chose to replace the filter myself. This was a totally routine maintenance call, and if Ed had rushed through it or left steps out, I never would have known the difference; the fact that he did a thorough job and also gave a thorough explanation of everything is worthy of recognition. This company has also helped us with plumbing problems and air conditioning repair, and in every case the technicians and the work they have done have all been excellent. Therefore I know that the whole company deserves a very positive review. They do lots of different things, but they do all of those things well.
