So is this how you do business? I saw a 2006 Ford F-350 flatbed truck on Cargurus at your dealership. So I sent a response to get details about the truck. Salesman Steve Han responded and we set up an appointment for me to look at the truck on Sat. 10/27. However I really wanted the truck, really 2 trucks so I called Wed. 10/24 to drive down from North Garland, Tx. about 70-miles away. Steve had the day off and Jasmine got the call. I asked her about the flatbed truck and she told me to come on down and ask for her and she would show me the truck. So I drove 70 miles in afternoon traffic to get there. I parked and walked around and looked at a lot of trucks, but the flatbed I was looking for was not on the lot. I then went inside the building and Jasmine came walking into the building. I asked her for help and she said she was helping someone else, she would get to me. Another salesman approached me after she left me standing there waiting and asked if he could help. I told him what I wanted and he went to the service desk to talk to a manager. After a while he came back and told me that Jasmine had sold the truck early that morning. This ran me hot, she knew that she had already sold the truck, but had me drive way down there anyway. when I walked out side to leave I asked her why did she mislead me knowing she had sold the vehicle already. Her response was I going to put you on another truck. (really) So thanks to crocked Jasmine she cost Steve 2 car sales. She need training to say the least, and you lost a buying customer.
