Review content:
Comfort First provided top rate service for my incident with my central air system. First they came and diagnosed the problem, a dead compressor. When the insurance company balked at their expert advice to replace the unit, Comfort First and I went to the insurance company and convinced them that this would be the fourth compressor in six years for a 38 year old unit and the unit needed to be replaced. Comfort First was successful in making this point and the unit was replaced.
Comfort First was in constant communication with me about the progress with the insurance company, and the time line for the replacement.
When the crew from Comfort First arrived on time for the install, they were professional and wasted no time in replacing the unit. Also, and very importantly, the crew was sensitive to my wife's illness and made accommodations as needed while doing the job.
I would highly recommend Comfort First to anyone needing HVAC service.
