Review content:
Broken down air conditioning in the heat of summer in this funeral home with Flys landing on the body on view. The undertaker cared more about his cell phone calls and fees than he did the mourners during a viewing.
He was on his cell phone during almost the entire viewing.
Corpse had facial cuts which leaked formaldehyde in front of mourners.
His assistant dropped off party without them having any kind of means to get back home from the dinner at the church afterward.
His assistant also wrote personal information about the circumstances surrounding this one viewing in the local papers letter to the editor section.
The total care of the loved one was less than satisfactory and the family had to personally do makeup changes on the loved one right before the viewing.
The undertaker couldn't control the very large crowd that visited this viewing at the funeral home, at the church and at the cemetery.
I felt very bad for the family.
Parking for visitation was also inadequate.
