I like the fact that the crew called and asked if they could come and inspect the premises prior to install date so they would be able to show up prepared. They took measurements for the unit as well as measurements of all the materials they wood need for install as took color samples of the roofing material so it wood match perfectly.
And yes the cost was more what I expected. I did not feel as though I was paying for their race car!!!!! I feel good about our decision to go with A&P for our Trane combo unit install.
As far as the unit goes its functions far surpass my expectations. It is technologically advanced with all the latest bells and whistles as well as user friendly. Thanks A&P
