Review content:
The heater in my house was not producing any heat when I turned it on a few days ago. I called Pulte, who contacted Sierra Air, and they sent Tracy Denson out to my house. I explained the problem to Tracy, and he got right to work on it. He solved the problem very quickly and explained to me what the problem was. He then informed me of how the (new to me type of) system) worked and why certain things happen the way they do within a newly built house. Tracy did any excellent job, made my heater work, and put my mind at ease. Tracy is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very good at his job. I highly recommend him.
