One of the best "bad experience" we have ever had. Everyone that we have had contact with is professional and knowledgeable. They have followed through and have arrived when they were scheduled and completed the task of installing a tankless water heater. We had a leak that we found late on a Tuesday night and this terrific company was able to get someone out within 30 minutes. I would recommend Knoxville Plumbing without reservations.
