Purchased two recliners 10/09, was told they would be ready for pick up on 10/12, called to schedule pickup, was then told (on the 12th) that they were shipping from Florida, but due to Hurricane it would possibly be Tuesday.....again, we called to check on pickup and was very rudely told either get them today or wait until Saturday...WHAT!!!! Not one time did we receive a call letting us know shipment had changed or was delayed. But with all said..the lady was rude and had an attitude. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!! Rating a one only because a zero is not available.
