Andrew is first class in so many ways. The way he approached us and introduced himself and what he was here to do. He also listened, so key to excellent customer service, and acknowledge our concerns and disappointments with impression of Weather Master and products offered.He also went above and beyond to ensure we were understanding of our situation, contacted people to assist him in getting help to understand how to address malfunctioning dehumidifier installed last August. He also went ahead and took responsibility to order parts needed to ensure our humidifier is operating at it most efficient peak.
We were so impressed we want Weather Master to make sure that Andy (Andrew) is the only service person who comes to our house in the future. He is a real keeper. Jim you have done well in hiring the people you have and we would like to make sure Andrew is assigned to our account. Thank You
