Install done quickly and very well. Contract included 3 yr maint agreement on both 1st and 2nd floor systems. However no paperwork provided on conditions of agreement. Called Mike and he sent brochure with explanation. Maint agreement includes 2 checkups each year (bi-annual) on both systems. First checkup for 2nd floor system covered by this replacement installation; however no word yet on when first checkup of 1st floor system will be done. Recommend they call and schedule when this will be done. Also should provide assurance to schedule when the 2nd checkups for first year of agreement will be done. Likewise for 2nd and 3rd year of agreement. Don't leave it up to the homeowner to have to remind company to do the req'd checkups in the maint contract.
