Sean called me prior to arriving and gave me the time of his arrival. He arrived right on time. He was professional and went right to work. He trouble shot the issue we were having. He took the time to explain to me what was happening and verified that his repair was complete. When he was done, he made sure that I was satisfied with his repair, then he cleaned up and went on to the next job. Thanks for doing such nice work..
