Shanklin installed a furnace and A/C in our century, hard-to-heat home. Blake arranged the install efficiently--within a week of the estimate--and got us a good price.First we got the ducts cleaned, and when that happens, the technician visits every room in your house. So we appreciated Scott M's outstanding professionalism, quiet way of working, and experience as he worked in our home. Next day the install team, Dan and Marcus, who were joined by Matt and Matt, arrived as promised. They worked hard all day to do the install, and were always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all our questions. They were clearly proud of their work, as well they should be. Nicole in the office followed up and checked in by phone--she was always so friendly. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend this company, especially if you have a house that is unusual or different, or needs some extra thought, as ours did. A great team.
