I purchased (2) of their date coders because I couldn't keep one running long enough to fulfill orders (we're a brewery that date codes beer & soda 20-25 hrs of run time a week) and all this did was double my troubles. The company outright lies on their repairs as I took pictures & videos of the equipment prior to sending them back (which I even enclosed in the packaging & emails) yet they still made false claims and held my machines as hostage. As of this complaint BOTH machines are in for ridiculous false claims (such as we abuse them). In total I've had them repaired 9X for an average bill of $450 each time. The last straw was I sent one back (while they still had one in their possession) for supposed "warranty" work as we only had it in our possession for 2-days; yet once again they have an outrageous claim and bill. They will not allow me to talk to anyone except the person who answers the phone Alexis Armenta who readily admitted 9-repairs on these was inexcusable; yet he refused to allow me to talk to his boss.
