Had my furnace checked out by Kevin after calling Kylie to see if he could come to my house and check my furnace after checking my next door neighbors furnace. She was able to schedule it immediately. Kevin had all the tools he need to remove and clean burners other companies said couldn't be removed for cleaning. A miniuture camera showed a hairline crack in my heat exchanger. Kevin took the time to explain why and what he was doing. He check and cleaned parts other companies never looked at. He's a very friendly and highly knowledgeabel person. His recommedation was to replace the heat exhcangher or replace the frunace. Since our units are 12 years old both my neighbor and I decided to have the furnace and AC unit replaced. After Kevin left, we callled Kylie to schedule a salesperson to come out, Aaron arrived an hour later to talk over what we wanted in a furnace and AC unit. Aaron was able to schedule the installation of new furnaces and AC units at both our homes on the same day. Great and friendly to people to work with.
