Hello, I have wrote a negative review about Jesse Britt’s Automotive and the owner himself, Mr. Britt, has contacted me and he was appalled about how my situation was handled. After meeting with Mr. Britt, I can assure you that this man is a man of his word and puts his client above any dollar amount. Not only did he do everything in his power to fix the situation but took the time, in the middle of a storm, to look me in the eyes, shook my hand, and made it good. I believe I had made a mechanic for life. Mr. Britt, thank you for your time, understanding, and help.
