Review content:
The technician worked for about an hour and a half and tried very hard to unclog the drain but all of his efforts failed...I was charged $410,99 but still have the problem. Was told I should have a technician with camera to come and try to find the problem at a cost of $210.00 and pay again for someone to come back if the camera finds where the problem is. After thinking about this huge cost I called and canceled the idea of the camera. This has been a lot of expense to still have the problem.. The young man who came (I think his name was Josh) was very nice and really tried to correct the problem. Thank you for listening to my complaint.
