I've only taken a few classes so far. My experience has been challenging (I LOVE A CHALLENGE). I have to modify parts of the "warm up" aka the hardest part of the class and I have to force myself to slow down during parts where I want to go faster because my technique still needs a lot of work. I love that every day class is different. The instructors are encouraging and even other students offer pointers and reminders when needed. You are encouraged to interact with others during class and it's not forced. You get to make the workout your own and you get out of it what you put into it. The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The ice machine and charging station are a nice touch. Bags are cleaned after every class and the mat is spot cleaned (no shoes on the mat). There are announcements about products to purchase and no pressure to buy.
I am excited to see where this takes me in my journey back from an extreme surgery.
