I received a pair gold cufflinks for Christmas 2017 and by June one of them began to discolor and grow little etched lines over the surface. I happened across the box today and visited the website. I was greeted by a chat window and I explained the problem and sent a picture. Steven suggested that they were "gold colored" and try cleaning with silver polish. I tried it and it didn't help. I think there is a serious quality problem with one of the cufflinks and a more serious customer service problem. I would recommend avoiding this place and buying from a more reputable source. The prices are for gold but instead you get "gold colored" whatever that means.
