Joe G. was assigned to do my AC tune up and I was impressed from the moment he introduced himself. He was polite and answered my questions with yes ma'am and no ma'am, which brought a smile to my face as you don't hear that courtesy too often. He was knowledgeable and pointed out some concerns that he had with my system and explained in detail my options to remedy. I now know what I need to do and will move forward accordingly.
