I got 3 kids in karate, before they started I had mixed feelings about who my kids where and now that I have seen them grow up so much, I can say my daughter stands up for her self and others, my second child was very shy at first and now he speaks up and never has a hard time making friends, my youngest was always bouncing from wall to wall and to see him have respect and patience is awesome. I have always told others that this is just not kicking and punching school but much more then that. A counselor couldn't even help my boys change,but MHK has done an outrageous job and I Thank them so much for the unstoppable job they keep doing.
