recently we purchased a generator through zenner & ritter inc every thing was done perfectly and on time, this is a new type because we could put everything on our web to make sure it is working properly and that is great if you know how to set it up we could not my grandson, son or his father-in-law how worked with computers could get this going, called zenner and ritter within a few days they were out and had me on line Richard was a person who represents this company with the highest regard for you and the company, many thanks to all that helped us with this problem did I mention my husband is disabled and needs this generator if the power goes out so get up and down stairs
